Net-zero Cortez community selects company to handle rentals

A Tampa property management and development company has been hired to oversee rentals at Hunters Point, the net-zero residential community in Cortez. Mainsail Lodging & Management will handle rental operations and property oversight at the waterfront development, created by Pearl Homes.

“Mainsail’s track record speaks for itself,” Pearl Homes founder Marshall Gobuty says in a statement. “They understand how to operate complex hospitality environments at a high level, and that’s exactly what we wanted to bring to Hunters Point as we expand our rental program.
