How do I join the waiting list to purchase a Pearl Home at Hunters Point?
We will be sending an email offering prospective buyers the opportunity to join the waiting list so you can be among the first to join this exceptional community.
When can I purchase my Pearl Home at Hunters Point?
Once you have joined the waitlist, you will be asked to make a refundable deposit. The first to make the deposits will be the first to see the home in mid-January 2019. At this time, you will enter a purchase and sale contract directly with the developer.
When can I see the home?
We will invite you to our Research and Design Center to view and tour the home when your waitlist number comes up and you have paid your refundable deposit. Please note, we will only show the home four times per day starting in mid-January 2019.
Are there selections to be made, like standard homes?
We have four home designs, including furniture, appliances and media. You can choose whichever design you prefer, and our Design Director will be happy to assist you in your choice.
Are there any additional selections not included in the price?
There will only be a few additional options from which to choose, most notably among those are a private pool option and an elevator option for your consideration.
What is the price of the home?
The price of a home without a boat slip starts at $400,000.
What type of deposit is required?
The deposit at contract signing is 33% of your purchase price.
Do you have a preferred lender?
Yes. We have a direct lender that can pre-approve your home purchase prior to your appointment at the Research & Design Center. We’ll put you in touch with our preferred lender after you join the waiting list.
Does every home come with a boat slip?
There are 35 homes with contiguous slips. The owners will also own the underwater rights of the slip.
Will I be able to short/long term rent my home?
Yes. We are working with national branded companies to represent the owners in overall management and leasing of your home if you choose to rent your home for short-term stays.
